'The quality of the dinner that we stay on the second night was not very good but the assistant manager helped us to solve the problem right away. In the next coming, the restaurant manager do the follow up on the issue. They are so considerate. My friends and my family have a very pleasant stay in here. Thanks all the staff.'

'Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader als je het naastgelegen pretpark Fuji-Q Highland gaat bezoeken. Het is een erg net hotel met vriendelijk personeel. De kamer had mooi uitzicht op het pretpark. Daarnaast heeft dit hotel verschillende restaurants en een kleine winkel. Het enige nadeel is dat de gordijnen niet goed werken en rond 4 uur (periode eind mei) was het licht op de kamer. '

'We decided on short notice to switch to a room with a private onsen. It was fantastic! The hotel is a little bit older but very well maintained and clean. The room was gigantic and very comfortable. Our onsen was on a little portio with view of a green hill. Dinner and breakfast are buffets with a wide range of delicious meals. The hotel seemed to be pretty poplular among locals. '
