« Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine. »

« If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst stay of my life and we are now in a lawsuit. Not only did the property lock me out of the room (bad battery on electric keypad) they lied and kept me out 3 different times at two different rooms. The representatives for the company moved me to another room after missing two days… no medication, no toilet, no food & no access to any of my belongings. When I arrived home they sent me an email link to pay the difference for a room upgrade...

"We had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of tasty and healthy options to choose from. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight and a great place to relax. The location is very convenient, especially for anyone attending the United World Games. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. There was a small housekeeping oversight during one of the towel changes, as one of the large bath towels was not replaced, but this was clearly just a minor mistake and did not affect our stay. The only aspect that could be improved is the orange juice at breakfast, which tasted rather artificial. Freshly squeezed orange juice was available, but for an additional charge of approximately €6.80. Overall, a very comfortable hotel with a great atmosphere, excellent breakfast, and a convenient location. We would happily stay here again."
