'I was using the Park just as a base so would not be fair to comment further on it as a holiday venue, that said there were lots of happy faces, everyone seemed occupied with events of an evening. Child and dog friendly with the former having their own entertainment programme. My mobile home was clean, well equipped for what I needed and I could park outside the accommodation. 'Perfect location, but rooms desperately need renovation. No safety deposit, no refrigerator and nowhere to charge your phone, laptop etc.near beds. Only one power outlet on the other side of the room. Very good breakfast but only 1 coffee machine! Staff extremely helpful and friendly!'

'The hairdryer was not working. It was very noisy as there is a dual carriageway near the hotel. The room was very hot and stuffy, no air conditioning only very small old-fashioned fan.'

Een vieze airco die nauwelijks koelt maar vooral veel herrie maakt en bedden die doorzakken en kussens die erg hard zijn, had ik veel meer hiervan verwacht. Ik zou hier pas nog een keer heen gaan als alles is gerenoveerd. Tijdens het verblijf ging om 6:15 het brandalarm af en moest iedereen evacueren. Dit kwam door een gesprongen waterleiding. En resulteerde in geen water meer uit de kraan, geen douche en ook geen toilet...

'I’ve stayed here before several times in the same room but this time the bathroom had a dirty smell possibly the drains/urine. I brought it to the attention of the staff who agreed it didn’t snell clean and they said they would bring it to the attention of the cleaning staff the next day.'

'We hebben een week in dit hotel doorgebracht en hebben niets te klagen. Mooie ruime, nette kamers, absoluut niet gehorig en de WiFi werkt er uitstekend. Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt. Omgeving is erg mooi, wij komen hier zeker nog terug! Tip: eet bij de buren (Frankie & Bennies!)'

'The code for the wasn’t sent to me, but a phone call fixed that. There are no staff so everything is done by phone or message. Car park is nearby and reasonable. The room was fine with a good shower although it smelt as if someone had been smoking on the landing (not the room) Breakfast is very basic, toast, yoghurt Nescafé and cereals. But that was ok. It’s fine for two nights but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay for a lot longer. Good value overall if basic. '

'Expedia should be ashamed to charge for accommodation in what was a hostel for vagrants. During the period that access was unavailable to us, a neighbour told us that the Hamilton was used to house council-sent people, and we saw three such unfortunate people waiting to enter. My wife was frightened by the property when access was eventually gained, describing it as being like her idea of a prison, and I found it forbidding and inhospitable.
