'Very clean, modern rooms. Nice touch to have dog bowls, treats, poo bags and little blanket bed. Additional facilities were nice to have - games room very popular with our family - but pool/jacuzzi/steam room/sauna/changing facilities very tired. We booked a dog friendly room and only found out at check-in that there was an additional cost, which was disappointing. But not the first time with a room booked via Expedia.'

'We stayed in an executive room with access to the club lounge which was great for a fresh coffee in the morning and a pre drink before going out. I travel a lot for work and can honestly say this was the best buffet breakfast I have ever had. The staff throughout were very friendly and helpful . Will definitely be back'

'Although many stars given by me, my all in all result is 3 stars because of the all day long (24/7) heavily humming noise I heard in my room. Luckily I had a couple of earbuds with me that I was going to use during a pop concert, so I didn't hear the noise during my sleep. My room was a single person room, number 31. So if you get that one offerred, immediatly ask for another room.'

'They had some challenges with the card-system, but how they dealt with the situation: extremely friendly - extremely helpful, they did everything they could to make sure we suffer from the situation. Great and safe location (not too far from the city center), and a fantastic breakfast (super friendly Scottish guy who served us breakfast as well). Worth the price :-) '
