« The hotel is located near the ski lift, which is very convenient. You can also rent your ski gear from the hotel. The continental breakfast is very good. However, the hotel is really outdated and dirty. The common areas were full of live and dead bugs, and the wifi was not accessible in the room. The room was clean though, but some bugs made their way to the room. There is only one restaurant in the town. It is a 12 minute walk from the hôtel and it closes early (6pm). Cash payment only. « Hotel Futaba truly exceeded our expectations. We stayed as a family of five, and the room was incredibly spacious, more like staying in an apartment than a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to find that both breakfast and dinner were included, which was a huge bonus and meant we didn’t have to go out searching for food after a long day of snowboarding. We experienced a kaiseki dinner for the first time and it was absolutely amazing, one of the best cultural experiences of our trip. The hotel...
