'Due to an incident with our car, we had to postpone our arrival date at the last minute. The hotel allowed us to do so at no extra cost. In the end, we even got a free room upgrade (because the hotel then had an incident with the rooms...;)'

'Beautiful stay, in a traditional looking Japanese hotel. All rooms seem to have Mt. Fuji views which. Was stunning. So does the Onsen. Reception area looks just renovated, very nicely done. Rooms in good condition too, same for spa area. Only area that still can be done is hallwaysz but then again who cares for these. The staff is super kind and helpful, one of the best places we have stayed during our trip!'

'We enjoyed our stay here ! The dome rooms were super cool! I took really nice photos here and was able to put together a nice video and received many good feedback! Weather was clear that day so we had a clear view of Fuji from our room! Staff was nice ! Just wish the breakfast was better !'

'We had an incredible experience at The Sense Fuji from start to finish. The staff met us at the train station with cold water and lavender-scented oshibori towels in the shuttle, setting the tone for a thoughtful and relaxing stay. 'スタッフさんがどなたも丁寧でした。 部屋はそこまで広い訳でもないのにテレビ2台に喫煙室にまで1台ついていて、アメニティもドリンクもとても充実していて至れり尽くせり。 ベッドも枕も快適で安眠できました。 なんといっても源泉かけ流しの温泉が最高でした。 細かい心遣いに癒され快適に過ごせて大満足でした。'
