'Rooms were nice. Bathroom did not have small towel rack. In room coffee was very light. Beds were excellent. Could not use the pool because of storms. '

When I asked them but your time of check out is 12 pm then how can you ask for check out. How can you talk to your guest like that then they told me we have 11 am check out rule. I show them Hotels.com app but here it’s reflecting 12 pm and I ask for one hour extension for check out then after lot of argument they allow us for two rooms instead of four rooms...

Very courteous staff at the restaurant including Mr Virender and Mr Negi, and equally brilliant housekeeping. However, the staff at the front desk is a big let-down as they are mostly clueless about anything to do around the hotel or have to call in someone higher up all the time. Also could do with some smiles on their faces. An even bigger issue is they don't provide any meals or even a basic blanket...

'MISLEADING LISTING: ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE. Zero stars. This property is currently undergoing major renovations that were NOT disclosed during booking. We were forced to live in a construction zone for 3 days with constant hammering, drilling, and dust coating everything in the room. It was uninhabitable and a health hazard. Expedia support was useless—they offered a pathetic $50 credit for a ruined vacation and promised a follow-up that never happened. Do not book here unless you want to...
