« It is a nice hotel to spend a few days and explore Kurume, since it's close to one of the main stations. Our room was nice if a bit small for two, but we noticed some stains in the bathroom when we arrived, nothing too alerting. We could hear our next door neighbours pretty much any time they spoke a bit loud, so it all comes to luck whether they happen to be quiet and go to bed early. I might not recommend it if you're a light sleeper. »

« We enjoyed our stay at the Empire Grand Hotel. The staff were wonderful and helpful, the entire hotel was immaculate. There isn’t a lot in the immediate area. We took a cab to the train, inexpensive, to get around. I highly recommend this hotel!!! »

« Le personnel parle à peine l'anglais. Nos rudiments de japonais ne suffit pas. Petit déjeuner à éviter sauf impossibilité de faire autrement Literie à ressort trop ancienne Malgré de bons volets, beaucoup de lumière difficile à filtrer. en particulier sous la porte et l'afficheur en tete de lit. »
