'First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. '

'Fijn en behulpzaam personeel. Kregen hulp met een autohuur, nadat ze begrepen dat we geen grab konden boeken die naar Niah NP wilde rijden en dat we ook geen beschikbare huurauto meer konden vinden per direct. Nadat de receptioniste belde stond er na een uurtje een huurauto voor de deur voor een normale prijs. Top service! Ook kun je er een paraplu lenen en je bagage opslaan. De kamer is erg fijn en modern ingericht. Aparte douche en toilet wat in Azië erg uitzonderlijk is. Heerlijk! Airco,...

'The hotel is fantastic but during the week nearly deserted. I was the only one for dinner and at breakfast only one other person was there. Because of this it had no atmosphere at all but on the whole a nice hotel with great friendly staff. Breakfast is totally catered for local visitors only so for westerners not much good. Overall not a bad place to be but better when there are some more people around.'
