'Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty. The resort offers and train/boat ride through the property, which is beautiful and loads of fun. The waterpark has a couple of fun slides. 'No hot shower available. In a hot climate like Brunei has this is a horror. '

'The hotel is fantastic but during the week nearly deserted. I was the only one for dinner and at breakfast only one other person was there. Because of this it had no atmosphere at all but on the whole a nice hotel with great friendly staff. Breakfast is totally catered for local visitors only so for westerners not much good. Overall not a bad place to be but better when there are some more people around.'

'Het hele hotel is erg gedateerd. Het lijkt of er al 20 jaar niets meer aan gedaan is. Maar dat was niet het ergste, want dat was dat de handdoeken vies muf roken en de "gekookte" eieren bij het ontbijt nog rauw. '

'First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. '
