« This is my second stay at ALFACIO RIVERSIDE STAY HAKATA and definitely, if I have to visit Fukuoka again and have the opportunity - I would choose this place to stay again. Clean, quiet, safe, offers all the amenities for a stay. Perfectly equipped and maintained. With a view of the river. Wide space. Ideal location in the center of Hakata. « 별 기대안하고 방문했는데 만족감이 너무 좋네요. 기본적인 청결도 마음에 들었고, 가스레인지와 세탁기 있는거 너무 좋았습니다. 에어컨도 빵빵하게 두대가 있네요. 나중에 부모님이랑 후쿠오카 방문할 때도 여기 오겠습니다. »

« Very comfortable compare to business hotel. and safety anf privacy is better. The other option like air conditioner and auto Washing machine is good . Looks like my house condition. Not worried about to stay. I will stay if i visit fukuoka again.. There are near convience store like family mart and 7-eleven and lawson . There is near Nakasu-kawabata metro station . It takes 10 minutes by walk. »

« Getting to the apartment initally was a bit of a trek. It's a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway station but only 6 minutes to the bus. It was a great place away from the main city to explore and enjoy fukuoka. Walking distance to Ohori park, paypay stadium, and teamlab forest with more than a few covenience stores and small grocery stores nearby. The apartment was on the 3rd floor in a quiet neighborhood. It was adjacent to a school and that could create some noise but it was infrequent and...
