'Kalm. sjiek en statig hotel. Zeer schoon, 2 verschillende restaurants met beide heerlijk Zwitsers eten. Ruime kamers, goed ontbijt en heel veel rust :-). Daarnaast een grote gym en spa. Ik kom zeker terug!'

'This room was gorgeous. The details made us feel special. The book nook, reading area, chocolates on the pillow and herbal teas were treats after a long travel day. The hotel is a short walk from Lake Zurich, which has a lot of dining options. Lake Zurich is gorgeous, utterly gorgeous. Notes: breakfast is offered for a fee on the weekends, but there is a cafe a very short walk away. You can park on the grounds for a small fee, but there is also public parking. Most places take credit cards '

'The level of service really depends on the individual staff which is present. Overall staff is pretty good and nice. At breakfast you're served well, during the day you may have to search for staff. Occasionally there's only 1 member of staff working at the desk, which may leave you waiting for a while. I experienced when trying to check out, I had to wait for 15 minutes when I was in a hurry. There's plenty of parking space available, a lot of nature around the hotel, you can go for a walk in...

'The apartment was lovely. You get a nice view of the lake. We stayed in Zurich and traveled to multiple places. Having close access to the train station (10 min walk) made it so easy to navigate every day. One note, if you are used to an upright shower, you will need to get used to the shower as it has an angled wall and you will need to use the handheld shower head. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return.'
