« Great rooms our second time staying at staycation and different suite this time everything went smoothly check in etc but no hot water in the room, wouldn’t have been a big issue but with it being December and the solution being to run across the hallway to another unit was cold Shanon was as helpful as she could be but with the cost of the stay this should have been checked before hand with a PPM check
Out first stay in the de vere suite was a great stay but this time unfortunately wasn’t so...

« After I had replaced the bed linen with newly purchased Dunelm hotel grade and removed the half empty bottle of fanny wash and worn out sponges all was ok. The van is beige overload and is worn out. »
