'Bad staffs- lied about policy. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They initially claimed that their strict guest policy was clearly mentioned online, but later admitted that he lied.Being dishonest with guests is unacceptable. Had to move out of Raviz to another hotel in 3 hours because of staff’s bad behavior. As international travelers visiting Kerala, it is completely normal for us to have guests visit. Every other hotel we’ve stayed at allows visitors after proper ID...

'My whole experience was absolutely amazing. Rooms were all the time in good condition. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Food was very hygienic , tasty as well as fresh. So much variety in food. They come to your table and make sure you are pleased with food if we need anything. Lots of activity to do in nature. Very informative. Staff was knowledgeable about Rainforest . Its children friendly .I highly recommend this place for families. Hope to visit again. 🙂'
