'Owner was very responsive and the listing is spot-on. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Lovely garden, patio and hammock in which to relax. Property is well-equipped and clean. Easy 9 minute walk to downtown Lugano where there is plenty of restaurants and shopping. The property isn’t air conditioned and open windows can lend themselves to a bit of noise from cars passing by, but it’s a lovely property in a great location.'

'Simple appartment in a block of flats. The kitchen is small and poorly equipped, given the size of the flat. Be aware that it has no air-conditioning. (We noticed, because it was >33°C outside.) 'Definitely had a mixed experience at this VRBO. The check in was very difficult, mostly due to the fact that the parking card never worked. The keys were also a problem because there was not a way to get into the building except through the parking garage, which we could not access. We waited 45 minutes to figure out how to access the building. Upon entering we had an issue with the air conditioning (which was an easy fix), but we waited for a person to come service. 'Sehr ruhige Lage und angenehme Wohnung. Wir reisten als Familie (5 Erwachsene); Zentrum, Strand und Bahnhof sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Einziger kleiner Hinweis: Im kleinen Badezimmer war zeitweise ein unangenehmer Geruch (vermutlich Abfluss). Bei geschlossener Tür war dies jedoch kein Thema. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft klar weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.'
