'This Kyoto hostel completely overturned my impression of local accommodations being typically cramped. Very clean and comfortable. High-quality beddings.The living room was surprisingly spacious—easily accommodating our big group with over ten large suitcases! Located near Fushimi Inari Shrine and Tofukuji Temple, it was very peaceful at night. We had brought thick bedding, worried that Kyoto might be cold, but the rooms were extremely comfortable. 'The check at reception a friendly lady helped us very well to check in. The only advice I have is to clean a little better the room (some places are a bit dusty in the appartment). I can recommend this place for anybody else. Everything is close by, rent a bike, bike to the temples or visit the market which is a walking distance from Minn Sanjo. '

'Great hotel in an ideal location. A staff member met us and took us to our room to check us in. The unit had two bedrooms and a large living room area for eating and television. Beautiful room. Great location next to a scenic temple. We had the breakfast in our room. It was tasty and a reasonable price. I highly recommend it! '

'Spacious, easy self check in instructions, very clean. Having laundry and a kitchen was so nice. A bit out of the way but lots of good dining options if you're willing to walk a few minutes, and very walkable to many sights in Kyoto - we didn't need to use any public transportation.'
