'Easy to find, close to train station. Short walk to busy area nearby for food and shopping, pretty easy access to public transport for everything we wanted to check out in Kyoto. The apartment layout was great, perfect for our family with young children. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!'

'We stayed at 4 different hotels in Japan and this one was our favourite. We were grateful to check in earlier (1pm) rather than 3pm. The hotel has a reception that is manned early in the morning to late in the evening. It is about 10 mins walk to Kyoto Station and the area outside the hotel is quiet. Across the bridge to the right of the hotel is a train station (about 5 minutes walk) and there is a 7 Eleven a few properties down. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. 'Room was clean and nice. The only thing was that the toilet in our room was way too far from the bathroom where a sink with soap was. But other than that everything was great. '

'The check at reception a friendly lady helped us very well to check in. The only advice I have is to clean a little better the room (some places are a bit dusty in the appartment). I can recommend this place for anybody else. Everything is close by, rent a bike, bike to the temples or visit the market which is a walking distance from Minn Sanjo. '
