« The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! The area was very convenient, walking to the harbour...

« Cette endroit est vraiment bien! Super propre et bien placé. A 10 minutes du centre ville. La seule raison de 4 etoiles.. c'est qu il n y a aucune place pour jeter vos déchets une fois la poubelle remplis..donc un long séjour peut être assez problematique. Apportez-vous serviette de douche car il n'y a que une par personne. Mais il y a laveuse dans le bloc. »

« Magnificent apartment well located, fully equipped and very comfortable. The parking lot and groceries store are very convenient and easy to access from the apartment. « we would prefer to have been able to communicate with any staff or owner prior to getting there. the house was beautiful, complete kitchen. very clean. the rooms were enough for us. the living room was a plus, allowed us to talk and bond, better if there were two showers, one shower for a family of 9 was rather difficult. »

« Hygiene of this property was horrible! The property was full of insects and dirt. Bugs and spiders were everywhere - on dining table, on floor, on wall and even on the bed - literally a bug house! We were scared by a giant spider on the bed. It is beyond a normal hygiene problem but constitutes a safety concern for residents. Nevertheless, most terrifying and disappointing thing is the attitude and response of the property manager. We tried to contact the owner and asked for cleaning the dead...
