'Check in was unclear as there were many operators. We queued at the wrong place for half an hour before they told us it was wrong. However when we went to the correct counter on second floor, the check in was fast.'

'Language can be a bit of a barrier but staff were friendly and also they do not offer any concierge services which was a disappointment.'

'Rooms looks old from outside but inside is well maintained. Staffs efficiency at receptions. Buffet breakfast is simple with not much variety but restaurant staffs are friendly. Costco coffee machine at hotel lobby, wherever coffee lovers crave coffee at can buy at machine. Level 1 has hotel swimming pool, gym and kids playroom but you might not use much as Legoland connected with Medini mall has a lot things to do.'

'The hotel is in a good location and very spacious rooms. The room condition is not great upon closer inspection as there are a lot of small damages, but in general it was a pleasant stay and decent value for money. The breakfast was good. The staff at check in and maintenance staff were not very useful and I saw the cleaners hiding often on their phones, but when they did the work it was fine.'

'The kitchen was well equipped'

'Hotel cancelled our booking and did not even inform us! When we went to check in, staff said it was overbooked and our booking was cancelled! We drove over one hour at night just to be told this??? They couldn’t even inform me earlier so that I won’t have to drive so long? And there were a few other families all left stranded because their booking too was cancelled. Where were we supposed to go??? HORRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!'
