'Comfortable and spacious for 3 people! We slept well which is #1 priority for us. It was mostly clean. It is well decorated. The location would be fine if you’re driving a car. But since we used train and bus system it took about 10-15 minutes of walking to get to grocery or restaurants and there aren’t really shops nearby. The host responded quickly to an issue I had but either misunderstood me when I wanted help with it right away or just didn’t do it. We had some trouble finding the key...

'The rooms are amazing for Zürich, nicely decorated and Well equiped. Very Nice outside spaces. Location is Good about 15 minutes from HB. Check in and finding the actual rooms was complicated. The rooms are hidden on the 5th Floor of an Office building, with everything controlled via your phone. Hotel also lacks cooling which is a bit challenging in the Zürich heat.'

'Heel fijn dat de hotelkamer een keukenblokje heeft. Alles functioneerde maar er zijn wel gebruikerssporen. Een aantal kleine reparaties en de kamer zou weer helemaal op orde zijn. En de keuken inventaris moet aangevuld worden. '

'Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here.'
