'Staying at this property was truly an incredible experience. My wife and I (American tourists visiting Japan for the first time) stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was so friendly, especially the wonderful staff in the 6th floor restaurant. Our room, a 12-tatami was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. '７日間ほどお世話になりました。とても綺麗で快適な宿泊が出来ました。スタッフの方のホスピタリティーが素晴らしく荷物を２つ持っていたので部屋まで運んで頂いたり、帰りのタクシーの手配をして頂きとても助かりました。泊まってる皆さんもマナーを守って静かにしているので、カプセルホテルでも良い睡眠が出来ました。'

'Overall, a peaceful escape from the city. This is a great place to stay for hiking, nature walks, bouldering and river activities. It's near the station and some bus stops too.
