'If I were booking here again I would not get the ocean view because, as nice as it is, it overlooks the docks, which can be very noisy. It's a floating dock and there's an attached piece to it so that can kind of move around depending on the strength of the waves and can be quite loud. The hotel staff were great. The food was very good. Being able to take the ferry and use the facilities at the sister hotel was very cool.'

'Whole hotel looks like it was good 20 years ago and someone just forgot to do anything with it since. We booked a non smoking room but when we entered the room the smoke was so heavy I could taste it and there were burn marks all over the carpet. We asked to be moved and got a new room which smellt like a mixture of smoke and peppermint airfreshener to hide it. At least in this room it was still manageable. Stains in the carpet but bedlinnen and bathroom were clean. Personell was friendly...
