'I reached out to the host the day before my stay and was told that the space confirmed in my reservation was not available. They offered a smaller space in the same building or we could cancel. Because it was New Years Eve, there were no other comparable rentals in area and we felt like we had no other option but to take the smaller space, sight unseen. This put us in a tough position. The beds were nice and the space had amenities like an iron, etc. The bathroom unfortunately felt very dirty....

'First of all, the accommodation I had booked for 7 people turned out to have only 6 double beds. When I inquired at reception, they told us that the staff had probably placed the 7 beds incorrectly; they had likely forgotten. So we had to find another sleeping place for the other person. With 6 people, everyone needs their own bed, not all sleeping next to each other. It was not very helpful, and we struggled with it quite a bit.'

'Mooi appartement , heel ruim. Super bedden! 3 grote slaapkamers met elk badkamer. Keuken volledig geëquipeerd, zelden gezien. Minpuntje is de schimmel aan bad , badkamer beetje verouderd wat het een beetje vies maakt. Zeer kort bij centrum, maar toch wat dode buurt waar geen resto of bar kortbij is. Metrohalte Pimlico ook niet de beste halte om je te verplaatsen. Beter st James nemen bv . Prijs / kwaliteit zeer goede locatie en appartement '

"Behoorlijk ontbijt met voldoende keuze, enkel jammer dat koffie uit een kartonnen beker moet gedronken worden. Verder weinig tot niets aan te merken op personeel of kamer, die voldeed om enkele dagen te verblijven. De ligging is gunstig ten opzichte van st Pancras, want op slechts een 10-tal minuten stappen, en je kan er steeds je bagage kwijt tegen een vergoeding."
