'Excellent all around. New, modern, clean. Perfect spot for a short walk to Pontocho Alley. Decent size room. Amazing bathroom/ shower. Only about $75/nt. Great place!'

'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing!
But here are con's:
- place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples.
- I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range
Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price.
By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'Found cockroach in the rooms, everything looks clean until you really deep clean. Service was nice but definitely check for cockroaches. They were massive too.'

'We booked a four bed room and it was the largest we had in all our travels. Two full beds and two twin bunks over them. This left room for a couch and table - which made relaxing and sharing time with the family enjoyable. It had laundry in room - which was very useful. The staff were very friendly.
The hotel is along the river and between two metro stops - four minute walk to either. We could walk to some shrines and areas of attraction (20 minutes) and easily got around to everything we...
