'Our room was clean and spacious. Finding it was a challenge for the local cab driver. The breakfast was just breads but I enjoyed the mugwort rolls! I’d recommend that they add a washer/dryer to some rooms. Also, the sleeping clothes were a little worn. Mine was missing an important button. The staff were friendly but it could be hard to communicate with them over the phone.'

'I LOVED this location. Check in process was okay due to the offsite check in BUT it was easy to get to from the Kyoto station and they provided a shuttle service to our hotel. The hotel was in the cutest area, a lot of great food spots near by and lots of public transport.
Grocery store close to us and quick places to eat.
Lobby smelled great and our rooms were super clean.'
