« I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. « Check in was difficult as flat was not ready for the time we was advised we could check in from, difficult to get hold of anyone to find out what was going on and check in was delayed for over an hour. Once we checked in the property was ok, clean enough but property definitely needs some maintenance to improve, lock on door was not very secure, shower door handle broken, Lino in kitchen had holes in, kitchen table was wobbly due to unsteady leg, no tvs worked.
