« I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. « The breakfast and the staff are fantastic but the hotel rooms are in need of refurbishment and a lick of paint. Although the beds are very comfortable the furniture and decor are very dark and outdated. This is reflected in the price which is very reasonable. I find this hotel perfect for my needs which are bed and breakfast, which I can’t fault. »

« The Holiday inn, Brayford along the canal, wasn’t far to walk the steep inclement to the cathedral, castle or to little shops. Lincoln is a beautiful place to visit, full of historical and character buildings, mixed with new. The people are very nice and helpful here. »

« unfortunately there was no hot water in the shower, tv was not working, the flush in toilet was temprimental and the toilet seat was moving, bed frame was broken. Definitely not worth £116 per night and without the breakfast. Daylight robbery. Was cleaned and nice man helped us to enter the front door. Sadly basic amenities failed. »
