'Booked a night in one of the rooms with a jet tub, when we went to use the tub, we discovered our room had no hot water. We filled the tub to see if it would still work with cold water, in an effort to try to make the best of it, and discovered the tub didn't work at all. The overhead exhaust fan did not work either, the fireplace did not work, no hot water for the shower either. there were loose hairs and finger nail clippings on the bathroom vanity as well. No staff with any sort of...

'For Timmins it is the safest hotel to stay at for sure. It is away from downtown and we felt very safe there compared to other hotels. It is also the newest hotel in Timmins. We got there half hour early, was able to check in early, hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean. We went for a swim around 830 pm we had to pool all to ourselves it was very clean. Nice little gym there too. Breakfast was also very good has an omelette bar or make you fried eggs, waffle maker muffins fruit...
