'Great view and also good staff'

'The room was decent and good room service and a huge selection for the breakfast buffet. Would come back again on my next business trip.'

'Voor Nederlandse begrippen voor weinig geld een standaard kamer genomen. Deze zijn enorm groot en volledig van mooie materialen gemaakt. Je kan goed aan het hotel Zien dat er erg wel geld In is gaan zitten. De enige minpuntjes zijn. Geen gratis minibar, relatief duur eten, toen ik er was was het helemaal uitgestorven dan is het ook een beetje saai. Maar kan het zeker aan iedereen aanraden. Echt een verlichting na de droefenis op de straat. '

'The hotel is clean and nice. Staff members are well-versed in their duties. Foreigners will not be disappointed if they stay there.'

'So this is priced like the peninsula, however it’s just not there. The mattress is very good, the rooms are large, but the upkeep and standards aren’t there. I had used toiletries in the room and intermittent hot water. (I’m a western traveller) That said. The service is really good. The staff will go whatever mile you need them to. They are patient and kind. Stay here if the location is good for you, and you’re okay with a hotel that’s mostly tolerable, but roughly around the edges. '

'Excellent'

'Please never ever book this resort by online I have so much problem there They said they don't have any evidence that i paid for . I showed my email confirmation but they said they did not receive from there middle media. They don't know who is Expedia also'

'Single room is very basic and doesnt look like photos. Windows have gaps. Many mosquitos get into the room. Staff kept asking for tips. 1st employee asked for tip when i requested soap. Concierge asked for tip when i requested toilet paper. At midnight 12 am 1st employee banged loudly on my door while i was sleeping and turned the handle while attempting to enter room. After i woke up and opened the door he told me the reason for his midnight banging: he wanted a tip. I chased him to the office....
