'Lovely Stay At Gateway Chikmangalur. Courteous and Very Helpful Staff Nice property and very beautiful designed cottages.'

'Restaurant service was worst, we had to walk out from the restaurant as there were unable to serve our order even after 90 minutes. There was a mess all around , no coordination among the staff. Check out process was worst as We had to wait more than a hour to get our room door opened. The emergency key was not available and only when some guy from remote helped them to correct the app, they could reprogram the key and opened it. One of the worst stay I ever had in my lifetime. Would strongly...

'Beautiful property, lovely forest surrounding. Spacious and luxurious rooms. '

'Very good'

'The stay was good and the staff were friendly but the top floor room that I stayed in had rain leak issues. Hope they fix it soon.'

'Great'

'The rooms were clean, staff were helpful, amenities were good and food is pretty good.'

'Overall good, price is more'

'On arrival first impression is not so good. Rooms in same category are not maintained equally. Room and bathroom are above average only. Painting, table lamp, extra light etc can be added easily. Main attraction is variety of facilities. Not well maintained but sufficient. Breakfast is good with limited number of item. Lunch is average. Buffet dinner is awesome.'
