'Erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Hotel ligt afgelegen, maar personeel bracht en haalde ons op van de verzamelplaats (Benge’s Store) van onze ATM-tour, georganiseerd door MayaWalks. De erg ruime royal suite was geweldig mooi, er zijn handdoeken voor bij het zwembad. De maaltijden die we hebben genuttigd in het hotel waren allen erg lekker. Een echte aanrader!'

'The staff were amazing and very knowledgeable on all things Belize. The food was always delicious. Room keeping came at least twice per day and left delicious treats at night. The organic garden is beautiful and is part of the food menu!! Fresh and delicious food. We participated in the Mayan cooking class it was fantastic. We also completed the Xunantunich Historical Site tour and Cave Tubing through the hotel- excellent guide and we learned a lot about the Mayans. From the moment we arrived...

'Goede Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Schone ruime kamers, mooi zwembad. Staan nu 4 bedjes, dit mogen er meer zijn. Prachtige grote tuin. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Erg lekker gegeten in het restaurant. Horeca personeel flexibel en klantvriendelijk. Niks is teveel. Een hele fijne vibe! Voelden ons echt welkom! '

'The accomodation was perfectly taken care of; surroundings at the hotel as well. The pool was nice, but is in the afternoon in the shadow, and has too little sunbeds to provide a bed for all hotel guests. The restaurant was good. '

'It doesn’t look like much from the front but we absolutely loved our stay!!!! We stayed in room 18 and the bed was amazing! The large screen TV after being out all day was nice to come back to. The room was big and comfy! We only had breakfast there and it was so good!!! Love the staff in the restaurant… for the price… so worth it!!!'

'For anyone looking for a small beautiful hidden gem resort close to San Ignacio, I'd highly recommend Villa Massis in Bullet Tree Falls! It's only a quick 10 min drive into San Ignacio. We had a 2-bedroom suite for the 4 of us and it was perfect. We booked airport transportation, transfer to Placencia, several rides into San Ignacio and all of our tours with them. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us.'

'Zeker een aanrader! In het midden van de natuur waar je ook makkelijk kan hiken op de trails. Het personeel is ook super vriendelijk en zal je helpen met alles wat nodig is. Er is een natuurlijke creek waar je in kan zwemmen en in het goede seizoen is het water mooi blauw.'

'Amazing place, guides were incredibly knowledgeable about the land and the Mayan culture. The food was delicious, and the place was just beautiful. Onsite hikes in the rain forest and floating the river in inner tubes are well worth it. Also worth seeing the Mayan ruins and cave exploring were well worth it.'
