'Good experience, lovely ambience and convenient location '

'De kamers waren niet schoon zoals wij dat gewend zijn. Elke dag moest onze toegangskaart gevalideerd worden.Dat is op zich niet zo erg, maar wel het wachten bij de receptie.'

'Helaas werd ik rond middernacht wakkergebeld door de receptie. Daarna werd ik nogmaals rond 5u en daarna rond 5u30 wakker van een ritmisch luid gebons. Mijn collega die in de kamer naast me sliep had last van hetzelfde. Voor de rest was het ontbijt beetje teleurstellend, de lunch was wonderbaarlijk uitstekend. Het imposante en bombastisch hotel is helaas een beetje gedateerd.'

'De locatie valt erg tegen. Hotel ziet er op het eerste gezicht wel goed uit maar als je beter kijkt is het oud. Gaten in het beddengoed en meubilair wat niet goed zit. '

'The drive resembles an entrance to building site, large pot hoke. Wall paper peeling off in bathroom, bed mattress bigger then bed base/6 inches over hang but was comfortable. Heavy duty curtains r/h hanging on by 2 clips, tv stand broken & lots of dust + no back up toilet roll. Didn't go down for second breakfast as it's not even continental. Minimum of thing's offered & dining room so dusty. Over all I could mention more thing's & it's a shame as the building is beautiful. With maintenance &...

'Goed ontbijt, al ontbreken de champions en black pudding. Parkeren slechts 1,50 per dag. Mooie ruime kamer.'

'Single room small but had everything you would want and shower a good size. Very comfortable bed.'

'There was less comfort in the room. Examples: 1. Window could not be opened (broken rope), 2. carpet worn out, 3. iron not performing optimally, 4. doorlock from inside not stable, 5. shower equipment not properly tightened, 6. too much noise at ceiling level from other guests, 7. wifi signal too weak in the room, 8. room not properly cleaned when arriving.'

'Property/rooms were tidy and clean. Breakfast was adequate,choice cereals, fruit and yoghurt. Also hot choice of scrambled egg,beans and sausage.'

'Value for money, but don’t expect the ritz. The hotel is clean, but in need of modernisation. This is for the hotel and also the gym / pool / sauna. Everything just needs updating and a lick of paint. Friendly staff, great little pub next door showing sky and tnt sports with nice beer, nice staff and a good home based food menu. '

'De locatie lag schitterend. het hotel is een mooi oud pand dat aan de buitenkant wel achterstallig onderhoud toonde. De kamer was schoon en ruim. De houten vloer kraakte wel heel erg. Vriendelijke ontvangst en bediening. '

'The hotel was easy to find and quite central for Keighley and venturing further afield. The car park is tucked behind the back, not so great. Although the staff were friendly and helpful at breakfast which was really cooked nice and tasted great, I found the lack of a reception quite unusual. Our room was comfy and clean but the shower was quite poor, an over bath one which was not very powerful. It says it is quirky, very true but also quite dated.'
