'Everything was absolutely perfect. We were a bit confused as to how to leave the property, so we started the dishwasher and removed the trash, but did not find a dumpster to take the trash to. Other than that, we will definitely book this property when in Zurich again. '

'despite it is a new apartments, it is not so clean (stains on pillows and sheets), shared toilet not clean too. too much noise because of aircraft. on the description, it is said that there is a free parking accessible, but when i arrived the owner told me it is full and i should find a place to park outside (all the area a blue zone, you should leave before 8 at morning!!)'

'Only 5 mins walking distance to Zurich station BUT there are a number of homeless or insecure people around the corner. The system mentioned that I was able to get in at 3pm but had to try more than 10 times to get in and after 0305pm I was able to get in. I had a trouble with one of windows not properly closing so reported it to the customer service online. 'Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough '
