'The food is delicious and very varied. And the onsen bath was fantastic. They have access to a spring that makes your skin feel soft like cotton. Truly a lovely experience'

👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹'

'Super stay! '

'Great hotel, with very attentive staff, especially in the restaurant. The restaurant staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself very clean and comfortable.'

'A very traditional Japanese hotel with thorough service, we had a very nice stay. Staff took care of swapping out the futon, alongside bus services to various parts of Kusatsu. The onsen was well maintained and also tattoo friendly!'

'Good'
