« Breakfast was good! »

« We had a pullout couch in our room, and there were no pillows for the pullout. We called down to the front desk, and they told me they would be up with pillows. After an hour, we called again, and they told us there were no extra pillows in the entire hotel. When we unfolded the pullout their was a kit-kat wrapper in the bed. »

« Thick layer of dust on top of lamp shades and such. Toilet paper was like sand paper. Every else was wonderful. »

« There is always "remodeling" at this hotel though I have yet to see an updated room. Our room was outdated, dirty, and certainly not reflective of the price. There was also about a 2 inch clearance from the floor to the bottom of the door, which made me feel very unsafe. »

« The rooms were clean. Checked in and it was so fast and easy. »

« Pool floor is so slippery every kid fell while we were there. Pool also doesn't close until 11 so it was loud. Floors cracked in the rooms. Used to be the nice hotel- now is definitely not. »

« Rooms were good. Older hotel. Shower heads weak. Beds a little soft. Need new pillows. »

« It would have pretty much been perfect without the grotesque art on the walls. IMO. »

« Only complaint is the jets on hot tub weren't working. Staff were very nice, room was clean and being next to elevator, it was very quiet. Would definitely recommend. »
