« J'ai eu la chance d'être surclassée des min arrivée dans une super deluxe. Le top du top! Le personnel est adorable que ce soit à l'accueil ou dans les étages. Suis arrivée comme cliente et repartie comme une amie ils se sont tous pliés en 4 pour faire de mon séjour un moment particulier! Seul point faible les tracas du wifi pas toujours fonctionnel de la chambre mais parfait dans le hall. »

« I am visiting this property since 1992 when only gurukripa was existed. Till then this hotel is like a second home for us. In last couple of years they hace degraded their status wrt to hygiene a lot. Food is good 👍but their service have become pathetic. »

« The resort is too old. Rooms r big but not well furnished.food for Room service is very limited . Resort is not maintain professionaly. They dont mind because of they r always booked. Somebody told me that their new resort named Gulmohar is good. But this old property is not worth. « Service was not good .Ac not working and fixed one temperature , reception is not responding to calls and fixing issue such as Tv in both room not working ; Even after several calls not attended by any one ... Door lock is not working in one room everytime have to ask for room service for opening the door seems they are not interested to repair it . « Very Very Disappointed with all six rooms which we booked in good impression as on net. First they offer to pay at hotel then after booking hotel demand payment by mail, it's like cheating. Hotel Located at Very Conject area, Very very hard to approach hotel with car, No Parking Area so you have to park in chargeable government parking, Difficult to walk or moove in so called Deluxe rooms, 4 or 6 bed rooms. Very small bathrooms to moove. Plz.....Plz.....Plz..... Never go with this Hotel Laabh. »
