'The staff working for the adjacent sports club wer very unhelpful when returning to the room late at night. No directions given, forced to sign into the club even though going into the room'

'The room was comfortable, the bed was very firm though. There was no door on the ensuite and the window glass did not cover the whole window, nor was there a blind to cover it, so sound, the weather and light couldn't be blocked. Overall it was fine for our one night stay. '

'The room itself was adequate. But this property isn’t very nice. The pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is. The front desk is an afterthought next to a bar in a casino. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. But the property was very dated and run down. '

'The hotel staff there were really friendly and welcoming, however, the whole building smells like a stale smoker who is homeless. I had to move to a different venue, as i couldnt put up with the cigarette smell throughout the building. I walked through the gaming room to the restaurant and every 2nd person had a cigarette lit! I thought smoking was banned indoors? They also didnt clean the room, the toilet wasnt very clean, there was no soap in the bodywash, shampoo or conditioner. I would...
