« Booked 4 rooms for 4 nights. Rooms were dirty, covered in cockroaches, and there was no water at the property for an entire day of the stay. Cockroaches were bad- turn on the lights and they scatter. One room had a shower & toilet when we left in the morning. But it was gone that evening when we returned. Toilet was in the closet and the bathroom had exposed studs. No warning, no room change available, no give a hoot from the property. This place should NOT be available on any booking site. »

« We walked in and we were greeted fairly quick, it was late and the attendant was sitting In the lobby. They were nice enough but then when we walked toward the elevator it reeked of Mary Jane. Ok no biggie just keep going … we step off the elevator and it smelled of dirty diapers. The room smelled a little moldy. The bathroom floor was dirty, a lamp by the bed was out, the door stop was broken, the window was so foggy like it isn’t sealed and the beds were so lumpy and uncomfortable. We woke up...

« Incredible, peaceful stay right by the river. The cabin is about 2 hours west of Dallas/Fort Worth and perfect for a weekend getaway. It sits right on the river where you can fish or kayak if you want. For this visit, we were strictly looking for a peaceful weekend with no distractions and that is exactly what you get here. The host was attentive and gracious, and the cabin was clean and well kept. I would definitely come back again for another peaceful weekend where you can see the stars...

« Property is as described! The host left sweet grifts of cookies, charcoal & even dog treats for our 4 legged family members! Location was great-fast food, golf & stores were close by. Water level of the lake was down, but was a very short walking distance to the water from the dock. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Property was clean & stocked well with essentials! »
