« First off, when I got to the extended stay, I walked in looking for the service desk and walked all the way down the hallway out the other door, no office. Then this other customer said are you looking for the office I stated yes and he said it’s way over there in the other building there was no sign posted to send me there if not for the other customer I’d still be looking, went to the other building got my key went back to my room it was clean but the TV did not work, I called the front desk...
