'BEWARE. Staff was super uncooperative, lied to us, and if you book thru 3rd party they give you the worst room they have. The towels were gray & gross! Outdoor patio was a mess for a holiday weekend. We've never had an issue at any other Fairfield Inn in the country.'

'It is a little run down and the road construction is a bit of a hassle. Plan extra time leaving. The water slide is seasonal and was not open nor was the pool. It is in a separate building. The parking was ample and it is easy to park near your room. Staff very nice and kind. Seems a little overpriced for what you get given the rooms are kind of old and worn. The bed was springy and uneven and there was a hole in the sheet.'

'Booked a non smoking room and was gave a room reeking of cigarettes. Laundry room was completely torn out and exercise room was locked and looked non functional. Elevator was blocked off with tape and there was trash everywhere outside despite a sign prohibiting the dumping of trash “anymore”. Went to see if the laundry room had moved and found the third floor to be completely locked, which made me wonder what was in there that they didn’t want people to see. They also locked the lobby...

'Great location right off I-40 for Elk City. Lobby is big but not well cooled. Room AC was excellent and fan speed increased slowly each time it started up, so while the unit was noisy at full tilt, it didn't wake from or affect sleep. Did not try TV as was there only to shower/sleep, but was unable to use laptop for long because there were no accessible outlets except in bathroom. Other outlets were behind bed or heavy furniture.
