'Nice hotel with good breakfast, nice and clean pool and friendly staff.'

'RECOMMENDED!!!'

'Creekside chairs were our evening relaxation.'

'No free breakfast'

'I seriously don’t understand the fantastic reviews on the place, why I booked in the first place. On the outside and pictures it looks really great like a converted barn, but you’re put in a dump. Nobody answers your messages/ texts and calls. The inkeeper is to busy to properly welcome you. The ceilings are so low it feels like a basement with very small windows. You cannot close the door without (seriously) kicking it hard, you cannot put on the shower without the WHOLE bathroom being wet, and...

'This was a GREAT affordable place to stay. The owner was VERY accommodating. We had a late arrival (2:00am) and he opened the office to check us in. He upgraded us from two queen beds to a king. He was so kind in offering information regarding things to see while visiting Vermont. I would 110% recommend.'

'The Manager was very helpful with us. One of the issues we had was that there were not hairdryers and all the rooms including mine. I didn’t notice I already washed my hair. The Manager explained that they had had several stolen and walked me to a room to let me dry my hair before we left in the rain in the cold. He was trying his best to accommodate us.'

'Nice and clean room. Very nice owners. Everything was perfect.'

'Very nice people. Excellent service and breakfast.'

'I hate leaving a bad review because the owner was very sweet. This is not an Inn...this is someone's home where they are renting out extra rooms. There is clutter covering every inch of every surface in this house including the kitchen. We stayed on the 3rd floor which is a remodeled attic so I kept hitting my head on the angled ceilings and there were dozens of flies in the bathroom. The house doesnt have any signage and has abandoned vehicles outside so it was a little jarring. I would not...

'This was a great local bed-and-breakfast, best host ever! 10 out of 10. Will definitely stay here again. Wonderful breakfast in the morning and a lot of local sites to see close by. We plan to come again and this is where we will stay.'

'A true home away from home! This is the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and truly unwind. The decor and overall vibe brought back such wonderful nostalgia from my adolescence.
Our dog instantly became best friends with Neko and absolutely loved running up and down between the cabin and the inn. Duane has an amazing energy, and his positive, welcoming spirit was so refreshing. And the complimentary homemade breakfasts were an incredible bonus—everything was absolutely delicious and beautifully...

'It was adequate'

'Het gebouw is een soort woonhuis van 100 jaar oud. Dat betekent veel lift en krakende houten vloeren trappen. Kamer klein en eenvoudig. Elders was een koelkast te gebruiken. Ruime parkeer gelegenheid gratis. Service is vriendelijk en goed. Het huis biedt op het balkon gelegenheid om te zitten en wat te drinken. Wel is de prijs te hoog voor wat er geboden werd. Maar het is wel centraal gelegen in montpelier.'

'Such a lovely place. The staff joyful, helpful and informative. The farm was built in the 17 hundreds , so do keep that in mind. We loved being on the farm and walking next door for dinner The food was great We were there for one night as a stop over while following the fall foliage.'

'Unfortunately I arrived late and left early (it was a business trip), but I had one drink at the bar, gave the menu a thorough read, and saw enough to say that I will definitely be back on my own terms for a longer stay! Great spot!'
