« Pour les Français qui passent dans le coin… je vous recommande ce Bed and Breakfast La maison se trouve au milieu d’un petit parc (qui mériterait un petit entretien) La chambre est de taille comparable à celle des Français et le lit est top (chambre Garden) Les hôtes, très sympathiques nous on préparait un petit déjeuner sympa et on fait un effort pour nous parler un anglais simple pour que nous puissions comprendre AVIS AUX FRANÇAIS : Faites un petit détour pour y aller dormir ❤️ »

« Nous avons passé 1 nuit dans cet hôtel. L'enregistrement a ete tres long car la personne de l'accueil n'était pas suffisamment formée. La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée mais sale. Moquette tâchée, draps usés et avec une vingtaine de cheveux longs dans chaque lit. Odeur de moisi dans la chambre et les gobelets pour le café. »

« It’s a cheaper hotel, so I guess it’s important to keep that in mind. The beds were small and there was a gap or two around the ac where u could see to the outside. However, the bathroom was decent and the room was clean…so value: yes…luxury: no…but u get what u pay for. »

« Extremely filty room, rust and brown water came out of the shower every time it was first turned on, carpet sticky and smelly, half of the lights and the electrical outlets were not working or missing bulbs, air conditioner extremely noisy and did not cool room, all surfaces grimy and dirty. Missing TV remote and refrigerator was not working. Spiders appeared in the bathroom during the night. Several long term guest sit outside their rooms watching you go in and out of room as though they are...

« Such a cute place! We weren’t sure what to expect, however, were pleasantly surprised! So many nice little touches and the owner, Karl, was so nice! It was so neat to see how the hotel had been renovated and we enjoyed exploring the original building for comparison. We played games on the picnic tables in the courtyard and enjoyed the refreshments in the breakfast room. Our room was spotless and felt fresh and clean. Great location. Very happy! »

« Cute cottages! This is a nice property. Modern and clean. Convenient and easy check-in. Looks very family friendly although we were on a quick girls trip to Round Top. The only thing to know is the lofts are not full height. Fine for kids, a little difficult for adults. But it served its purpose just fine. »

« Walter was an excellent host. The pastries and fresh fruit were a sweet and much appreciated touch. The best part of our stay was the quiet mornings on the back porch and the quiet evenings around the fire. The cabin was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway. It was centered between Brenham and Round Top which worked out perfect for our anniversary getaway and shopping trip. »

« Second stay this year at this lovely property for Round Top Antiques Fair…quiet, peaceful, lovely in Spring with Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush…main cafe in town open at 0700 for breakfast (wonderful scones/coffee) …once in town there are many shops/restaurants within walking distance… short drive in the other direction gets you to the friendly vendors at Y Station….easy communication with host, Ashley…camper clean, spacious for two of us and check-in snacks provided…plan to stay here...
