'Overall a great experience, had a small issue with the water heater however a quck text and a immediate reply the issue was resolved quickly.You can hear the above tenants walking around but it wasnt an issue during bed time hours.The bunk beds were a huge hit with my kids and the beds themselves were heavenly, slept like a baby. 'I think it should be noted as to the low framing on the cielings in the house. I hit my head several times notably in the bathroom on the main floor. Also the stove was pretty janky and hard to manage. We did, but it took like 2 hours to cook a pizza because the "chef" couldn't figure out the dials, which are complicated. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Innsbrook. Our condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We loved the pool and thought the games in the room were a great touch. We are already planning to return next year!'
