'The property was really decent. The room was very clean and tidy. Unfortunately the pool was under repairs and closed. I did receive a email informing me of the pool situation. 'To start we were told after checking in that the water slides are permanently closed, we booked this hotel specifically for the water slides, we paid $75 more for the night than other comparable hotels only for the water slides. Front desk cold care less that we were unhappy. The bathroom had hair everywhere in it, the sink faucets are all rusting/rotting away, the duvet had blood on it, the room furniture was broken and pullout couch was filthy and full of crumbs. 'Overall, a good stay. The breakfast spread was good. However, you cannot open any of the windows. No fan in the bathroom. You have to pay $1 to get key access to the laundry, which has 1 washer and 1 dryer for ALL hotel guests. Have to pay $1 for use of the dryer. I had to sit in the laundry room to make sure I could get my laundry done. There were 5 people who wanted to do laundry after me, and one person sat with me to confirm they would be next. Had to laugh when I saw the shower gel above...

We had an issue with another hotel in Bismarck and we showed up late to this one and the front desk agent was very helpful and accommodating and was able to give me a good rate as well. The cleaning lady was very helpful and kind. It was great to see a manager on site the whole time we were there as I have been in many hotels and they can never get in contact with their manager. 'It was a great room, super clean and overall great experience'

'The room was clean, there was a mini refrigerator and microwave, and everything in the room was in working order. The bedding was super soft and comfortable. They had a free hot continental breakfast which was great. I had scrambled eggs, waffles, and a bowl of cereal which was all very good. The hotel was fairly quiet and parking was easy. The staff was courteous and responsive. My one disappointment was that there was no workout area.... at all. That is what made me knock off a star...

'We booked our stay while they were in the middle of remodeling. The staff was super helpful and we were able to park near our room to avoid the construction. The pool was SO cold we could hardly dip our feet in. The kids tried to swim but the water was freezing. The breakfast was ok, it was clear because of the remodel things were more limited than they normally would be. Also our room door was really difficult to close, we had to slam it shut and the kids couldn't even open it, hopefully...
