'We hadden een kamer op de begane grond waar een apparaat buiten stond dat nogal lawaai maakte. De manager regelde meteen een andere stillere kamer. Het ontbijt stelde iets minder voor dan we bij een Best Western Plus hadden verwacht'

'It was nice and clean and very friendly personal.'

'Beautiful views and very, very quiet! It was close enough to Joseph that it was easy to go to dinner, and we even cooked on the stove a few times! Host and his son were very helpful and yet didn't interfere with our stay! Super helpful hosts and quiet beauty made it the perfect getaway! Thanks Grady!!'

'It was very relaxing clean convenient for any activities we wanted'

'missed having a table. like a dinning table. we used the small coffee table to put our puzzle together when it rained one day. did not realize it was that close to the horses, but they were not a problem. did not start the dishwasher as the power was not on when we left.'

'Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Not a single hitch in the whole process. Really enjoyed out time in Joseph. Only suggestion ... bring your own cookware. The old aluminum stuff provided was pretty used.'

'I own 2 vacation properties myself so I understand how much work went into making the cottage in Joseph such a special place. Can not think of anything that could be improved. Very nicely done!'

'This place was a perfect little getaway cabin for wintertime! The bed was very comfortable, the shower was actually very nice and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed for good breakfasts. The VHS player with all the movies was a huge hit with my husband, felt so nostalgic! Being able to bring our dogs along with us was also nice, we appreciated the fenced yard! It is a very rustic, comfortable, older cabin - if you want the cozy feels in the wintertime like we were going for, this is the...

'Clean, comfy and quiet. Perfect night to just be away from chaos. The small table and chairs at the main window provided the perfect spot to people watch as my husband had his morning coffee. '

'We loved the rustic feel of the little cabin. It had all the amenities we needed. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance and there was more then enough to keep the grands active. The little porch with rocking chairs was perfect for us to enjoy the mornings and evenings in peace.'

'The attention to little details was refreshing to experience as we stepped into the condo. We were greeted with snacks, stocked Nespresso and Kuerig machine, SHARP knives ( not dull and useless) plenty of usable cookware and a well stocked laundry room. Comfortable beds, well stocked amenities in the master bath, and very cimfortabl, clean furniture! The list could go on!! They were very responsive to one of the requests we made. The other went unanswered but probably because they didnt have...

'Just the cutest cabin! We're huge music enthusiasts so the decorations and vibe was excellent. Reading the history and seeing some of the historical pieces where fascinating. Location was super!!! Thank you for an amazing experience'

'Google maps certainly did not like the address -provided and took us to a wrong location. Getting ahold of the actual host was impossible. Had to go through VRBO then to another remote managing company that really didn't know the property. The actual host/owner was impossible to get ahold of. For this reason I will not use VRBO again. The place was very nice and in a good location, but the total price per day was unreasonable. For the price paid per day, you would expect the host to provide some...

'This is a great little spot that is walkable to downtown Joseph, hiking trails, and Chief Joseph's grave site. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked (we cooked several meals in), and the place was extremely clean. The check-in process was super simple, the hosts were extremely communicative and very friendly. We loved the guidebook provided with lots of suggestions for fun things to do in the Wallowa Mountains and local towns. We didn't bring our pups with us, but notices...

'Our stay at this cabin was PHENOMENAL. I know that previous guests have mentioned that Wifi would be nice but I think it is great to unplug and be one with nature again… after all that’s what Wallowa Lake is all about! Also, there are plenty of places in town to get wifi access. The property was along a creek and the deer were very much present which was nice. The cabin also had plenty of games. The rooms were gorgeous and the beds were very comfortable. You can tell the host put their all into...
