'Our stay at Oceanfront Retreat was absolutely fantastic! The home is spacious, beautifully maintained, and the ocean views are breathtaking. 'We came to Outer Banks for our 2024 family vacation with six adults and two teens. We always do midweek arrival so that often limits us to properties. This cottage came up on my first search and I continued to be drawn to it over and over during my search. It was everything we were looking for and it didn’t disappoint! 'The location was perfect for visiting Cape Hatteras, Duck, Wright Brothers Memorial Museum, Manteo and the BEACH! We have visited Nags Head many times but it was the first time for my parents. We showed them all the highlights of the area. We also had downtime at the house - made dinner on 2 nights, breakfast daily, played games and built a puzzle together. Lots of local restaurants when we didn't want to cook.'

'We had such a great time! There was a problem with one of the TV’s downstairs and the maintenance man showed up quick to fix the problem. The house is located in a good spot close to multiple shops, food places, and the canal out back was the best part. Our favorite places to eat were Dune Street Raw Bar and Grill, Millers Waterfront Restaurant, and McGraths Burger Shack. We will definitely be going back!'
