'Breakfast'

'Very disappointing'

'We arranged our stay with Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Frankenmuth through Expedia. We reserved a King Suite with a jetted tub. When we checked in, the staff did not inform us that there was an error with the reservation. We didn't find out until we actually got up to the room and found out there was NO jetted tub in the room. My husband went back down to the front desk, and they said that they couldn't help us because we reserved through Expedia. We were on the phone for almost an hour...

'Our stay was ok but not great. Water pressure in the sink was virtually non existent. Stayed three nights and they never refreshed the room. Breakfast buffet was serviceable but not a lot of variety from day to day. Although the staff for the breakfast area was very nice. Overall, just ok.'

'There was a crack in the door; it looked like somebody kicked it or something. They didn't change the sheets, and there was leftover food in the drawers. It was like nobody cleaned up before we even went into the room, or if people did clean before we went into the room, they didn't do a very good job.'

'We were very impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the property and how the owners thought of everything you need. We would recommend this place to anyone!'
