'Very clean, staff was very polite, ample size parking lot, good location and within walking distance to shops for average person. A bit of a distance for someone with walking disabilities. The food was good, hot, and kept full. The dining area was clean. The only complaint I have was the elevator was very slow and should be sped up considerably and the pool and hot tub was undersized for the amount of guests. I would stay here again.'

'The room was clean and nice. The hotel was easy to get to and with in walking distance to the attractions on Main St.'

'Issues started with check-in, as the staff was confused by the Expedia billing receipt I showed them. The ice machine and vending area on our floor was being renovated (this is a fairly new building, but cheaply constructed). We received a handicap room on the end corner, on the third floor. All night long we could hear everyone around us and the street noise was terrible. We each got about four hours of sleep. The handicap shower leaked all over the bathroom floor (we showered standing...

'Zeer bijzonder hotel, zeer bijzondere omgeving. Keurig netjes, heerlijk terras aan het wster. Hotel is midden in het centrum van het "frankenmuth pretpark". Bijzonder leuke ervaring. Wij hadden een last minute tarief kamer.'

'The staff were excellent! The facility needs proper updates and repairs. The pool ceiling has sections of crumbling plaster. The carpeting & flooring are very stained & worn. The elevator has boxes & chairs in front of it on the main level and a barn door built over it on the 2nd level. The rooms and bathroom were clean but the tv, microwave, mini fridge & queen beds need updating for a $200/night price tag.'

'The breakfast looked very unappealing so we went to a restaurant instead.'

'Great hotel! Helpful staff! Big pool and ok breakfast.'

'Great location'

'The breakfast wasn’t very good and the coffee was awful.'

'The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom! The gym equipment, treadmill and bike did not work. The front desk attendant was rude and acted as if it was a burden to check us in. Refused to provide the military discount…stating it took too much time. Just not a great experience. Has the potential to be a great hotel if rooms were cleaned and staff at least acted like they wanted to be there.'

'It was a nice quiet place and good pricing. Only odd thing was vending machines where completely empty. Other than that everything was really good.'

'The inn was under renovation so the outside looked nothing like the picture on Expedia. There were some cobwebs in the bathroom and the shower barely had water coming out.'

'Excellent air conditioning!! The suite is just as pictured. Very clean, well-thought-out area, with everything that might be needed for a comfortable stay. Loved this place. We didn’t meet the hosts, but they were gracious in their notes and messages to us. Everything went smoothly, and we had a great stay.'

'the place was absolutely wonderful, in every way possible! truly a gem!!! you will not be disappointed, i guarantee it!!!'
