'Outdoor spa and pool were not yet available which was a pitty. Happy with the daily yoga and the hot bath in our room. Just up the hill there is a nice traditional tea house. '

'Prima hotel. Zeer netjes en een prima ontbijtbuffet. Op de site stond dat er een restaurant zou zijn maar dit was niet voor dinner maar alleen voor ontbijt bedoeld. Moest met de auto (of taxi) alsnog naar het centrum (ca 3 km) om een restaurant te zoeken. In Taitung is dit overigens geen probleem.'

'We really enjoyed our stay, but I have to say it probably won't appeal to the vast majority of Western tourists. We really enjoyed the hot springs, the rooms are clean but basic. The whole hotel honestly is showing its age but still give our stay a five-star and it wasn't a problem for us. But if you are expecting Holiday inn or a Hilton it might be a bit of surprise. The location is quite remote which we enjoyed. We did find some heat waterfalls and some hiking within about a 15 to 20 minute...
