'Amazing Camp in the middle of Tsavo West. All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our lodge was very clean, spacious and cozy. The bed had a good and clean mosquito net and the matress was super comfortable. Our terrace was right in front of a small water hole were we saw loads of animals like antilopes, zebras, monkeys, flocks of birds and even a crocodile. 'Visited Ashnil as part of a longer trip. The other Lodges have excellent dinner and lunch meals and service. Here, we were told on arrival that each sitting would cost us a small fortune for what turned out to be very mediocre meals. You are in the middle of nowhere, so paying for these meals left a bitter taste in the mouth for a one-night stay. Service was inferior, period. The bathrooms are horrible - see photos. 'The animals truly do walk by this location OFTEN! As soon as I checked in I saw elephants, giraffes, monkeys, and zebras with the first hour. Sitting in your own private pool to view the wildlife was the cherry on top. Even though you're in a secluded area, Manyatta Camp offers extremely reasonable prices for their food and drinks.
