'Room was not cleaned upon arrival, the room reeked of dog and there was leftover food. When asked about this to the front desk she said they don’t have any other rooms and unable to do anything about it. Clearly we were upset and she made further snarky comments when trying to find a solution and said she could give us a trash bag to clean up. We left the property the following morning prior to full stay and we were promised a refund. However later told that unable to refund a stay that we did...

'The location was good; however, the hotel rooms are very old, and it shows it, a constant noise was coming through the bathroom wall. The AC filters were dirty, smell of dust coming out of the AC.'

'Letterlijk geen oog dicht gedaan. Kamer 209 toegewezen gekregen, deze kamer zit naast een AC installatie. Non-stop produceert deze lawaai en hierdoor kun je gewoon niet slapen, geluid komt zelfs door de oordoppen heen. Ons gezin heeft geen oog dichtgedaan. Personeel vond het ook niet kunnen, maar wijst de kamer wel toe. Klacht ingediend en nog niets van gehoord. '

'This place was exactly what we needed to be. The staff was friendly, we were able to take our dog. The room was big if we were staying longer-term it would’ve served us even better. If you’re in a pinch looking for a cheap option for Somerset, New Jersey this place does the trick'

'Clean room and hotel. However the staff is not helpful in the fact that twice I had questions and they did not resolve the issues. The pool is also closed every Wednesday apparently. We found that out Wednesday, the only nice day of my stay, that the pool is closed for maintenance. No maintenance was done but it was locked. Will not stay here again.'

'This was my first time staying here at the hotel. I was very impressed. It was very clean, staff was pleasant. It was a quick last minute booking so I got one of the smaller rooms but it wound up still being spacious. Loved the room service from the ruby tuesdays restaurant downstairs for dinner. The pool was nicely heated the areas was clean and fully stocked with towels. Only downside is that the pool is so small, we had to leave once’s it got too crowded. However, it was a peaceful quiet...
