« Overall so beautiful hotel! Lobby, outside area were my favourite. Restaurant - good. The only thing which was so-so was the room itself - since the hotel is pet-friendly (that is wonderful!) i could find animal hair/fur on the chairs, even in bed some. And the room looked quite cheap. All other things +++ I loved to stay there for a weedend. »

« Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. I liked the fact that I didn't need to carry a key or card. We had a great view of the river and mountain. »

« Bathroom Ok equipped. Lacking washclothes, conditioner etc. Kitchen was great. Overall cleanliness was ok, floors and bathroom vent van were dirty. Host was very nice and helpful. »

« Dinner was over priced and low quality and our hot tub shut off in the middle of the night so it was cold but breakfast was great as was the service in the morning and they let us stay an extra hour so we got to use the hot tub before we left »

« I truly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful setting. My only complaint is, when booking a room thru a 3rd party one doesn't know of all the add-on charges they will get charged. I was charged an additional 70 for parking, ground maintenance, and other general stuff. What a surprise. »

« Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. »

« It could have been a little cleaner. It needs grab bars in the bath and they could have made it more clear it was up 14 stairs - no elevator. Not suited to elderly. Loved the view and it is very peaceful and mostly private. »
