'Expectations are key. If you expect this to be a dated lake cabin that's clean and comfortable with a great view but not perfect in every way, you'll love it. If you expect this to be a new modern lake "house" with the amenities of home, then you'll be disappointed. 'The house was just what we wanted. The view over the lake was gorgeous, the private beach was a huge perk, the location was great. Our kids loved the garage full of water toys and bikes. Definitely recommend. '

'Communication with the host was great from the start! Everything pictured is accurate. The pictures did not do the view justice. Location was perfect to enjoy Greenbay! For prospective families: Bring binoculars to enjoy the wildlife and bay from the back porch! The park is right across the street! Yard is perfect for whatever yard games you can bring! Bring a basketball because you can see the basketball court from the front porch. '

'Great, cozy and clean home and plenty of space. The area was safe and friendly-my kids made friends with a few neighborhood kids during our stay and they wanted us to move in!The home was well supplied with the essentials. We bought our own spices for cooking as the spices that were in the kitchen were expired. We wished they would've had a dishwasher but not a deal breaker. The owner messaged about fixing a coffee table that was wobbly and asked if their maintenence guy could come by and fix...

'We booked this house for a group of 14 adults ranging in age from 21 - 57. We had a fantastic stay and enjoyed all the amenities this house had to offer. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Tyler was very good at checking in before, during and after our stay. He was also quick to respond when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.'
