« Nice property with lots of comfy spaces to hang out. Split unit air conditioners took some time to figure out without detailed instructions but finally got it to work. (Leaving the doors open to the bedrooms helped cool the stairway.) Eveeyrhing was lovely and management was very helpful with adjusting our reservation. »

« We had the best time at Simmer Down. We wrangled up some extended family and came for a long weekend. We had lots of fun doing activities outside of the cabin, but the best part was coming “home” and relaxing. We enjoyed grilling, hot tubbing, drinking coffee, watching the kids play on the playground, and playing cards on the awesome deck/wrap around porch. S’mores around the fire, of course. We made lasting memories playing pool, watching tv, and having big family dinners around the huge dining...

« I had an awesome stay at this cabin! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The location was peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to town if we needed anything. We loved sitting out on the porch in the mornings with coffee and using the fire pit at night. The host was also very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely would stay here again. »

« Loved the cabin. We are a family of 6 and the Grandview cabin was very spacious, well maintained and well lit. I loved that everything was stocked up in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The only negative thing I have to say is there were a lot of spider webs outside around the light fixtures. Given that its summer and its in the woods I can see why there were so many spiders, mosquitos and flies, but overall the service and the cabin - AMAZING! »
